🚚 Shipping Timeline
Your order will be dispatched as soon as our nail techs finish handcrafting your nails. Keep in mind, we're in full swing on business days, which excludes weekends and public holidays. As soon as your Ersaon package begins its journey to you, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to chart its progress.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Delivery time is based on average estimates, and tracking updates may occasionally be delayed. Please don’t worry—just allow a bit of extra time. If your tracking hasn’t updated for over a week, feel free to contact our customer service, and we’ll promptly reach out to the shipping partner to investigate and ensure you have a smooth shopping experience.
As custom nails involve detailed communication, material sourcing, and color adjustments, the shipping time for customized nails will depend on the outcome of your discussion with our Customer Service team. Please contact our customer service to confirm the exact shipping timeline.

Notice: For customers who did not purchase Worry-Free Service, or for orders placed in countries/regions where this service is not available, shipping damage claims must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this 7-day period may not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
